About Me

Alexandru Dumitru

I’m a serial entrepreneur, dreamer and geek trying to change the world for the better one day at a time. I’m co-founder and CTO at Brainik since 2008, I also run a couple of other small companies. Started a bunch of companies, some failed, some got acquired, some are still going.

My background is mostly in IT and business development, but I did a lot of sales and marketing. 

Started my first business in 2005 and since then I’ve been self-employed. I was co-founder in companies in several industries: call center, BPO, customer service, credit brokerage, graphic design, wine, HoReCa, IT consulting, dry-clean and software development.

I’m a big believer in self improvement and I’m an avid reader, trying to learn something new everyday. I also think we can build a better tomorrow for everyone with the help of technology and a little altruism.
